Kyle Wilson
President/CEO – Real Property Management Upcountry
A native of Chapin, SC. Kyle attended Chapin High School, where he played football and was the starting third baseman for the 1996 State Championship baseball team. After high school, Kyle attended the University of South Carolina and majored in Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management. While in college, Kyle worked in the hotel industry and helped his father develop a 300-unit multi-family property in Anderson County. This is where Kyle developed his love of real estate and property management. After moving to Florida and back again to South Carolina, Kyle took a position as a site manager of a 190-unit HUD Section 8 property, then was moved into the role of compliance specialist, and ultimately the role of regional property manager, while overseeing 982 units of Section 8, LIHTC properties, and conventional properties, for a management firm in Columbia, SC. After 4 years, Kyle decided to pursue his Master of Arts in Teaching and went on to attain two master’s degrees and a doctorate degree (all from the University of South Carolina) while teaching and coaching at Wren and Travelers Rest High Schools. Kyle always maintained his own portfolio of single-family rentals, and after 15 years of teaching, he decided to open Real Property Management Upcountry in March of 2025. Kyle is married to his wife Kaitlyn Wilson (a school teacher at Greer High School) is a father of three children and spends his off time: attending their sporting and academic events, on the lake, or enjoying family and Church time.
Madyson Berger
Senior Property Manager
Madyson Berger was born in Daytona, Florida, and moved to South Carolina at the age of three. Raised in the Upstate, she attended Travelers Rest High School, where she developed strong discipline and teamwork through competitive cheerleading.
Immediately after graduating in 2022, Madyson joined the Army National Guard, where she currently serves and has dedicated more than four years to military service. During her time in the military, she was deployed for over a year and decided to pursue her property management license while deployed, combining her passion for personal growth with her commitment to serving others.
Now serving as a Senior Property Manager, Madyson brings leadership, organization, and dedication to every aspect of her work. Her ongoing military service continues to strengthen her communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, qualities that directly benefit both property owners and residents.
With a strong work ethic and hands-on approach, Madyson is passionate about creating positive experiences for clients while protecting and managing investments with care, professionalism, and integrity.
